Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time: 3 - 5 business days
Before we ship out your order, we have to prepare your products, double check the inventory, pass quality-control procedures and carefully package the items. The time it takes to prepare your items for shipping is separate from the shipping time. It normally takes 3-5 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

Shipping Time:
Shipping time is based on business days, and is only an estimation. This do not include delays caused by shipping couriers, busy sale periods, credit card verification processes, customs inspection, public holidays & any other delay outside of our control.

 

Shipping Address & Contact Info:

Please put your address with full details including street number/building number if applicable. We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempts caused by invalid information provided by customers. Commonly seen negligence includes, but is not limited to, incorrect information such as order address / contact number / consignee's name. In this case, we are often unable to get in touch with you. Despite our best efforts to contact you, we may still be unable to ship out the item / process a refund. If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us at  support@shopnova.com.au  with your order number and correct information as soon as possible.

 

Customs Fees:

Nova (shopnova.com.au) will not cover the customs fees and duties, and they are non-refundable as well. We are not able to process any modification to your order while the package is with the customs. If you have concerns about potential customs fee and duties, we recommend you reaching out to us before placing an order.

If your order consists of Pre-Order item(s), we ship the entire order out when the pre-order item(s) is ready. Please contact us if you prefer to have your item(s) shipped separately at support@shopnova.com.au. Customers are subject to potential additional shipping cost for separate shipping.
